Rajesh Shah

Mr. Rajesh Shah is currently a Manager Director of Pinnacle Real Estate Partners, LLC. As Managing Director, Mr. Shah is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company as well as managing its long-term growth.

Prior to forming Pinnacle, Mr. Shah was a Vice President with Crusader Investments, LLC, a private investment bank headquartered in New York City with a focus on corporate finance and real estate advisory services. Mr. Shah was responsible for a broad spectrum of corporate finance, real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions assignments, capital structure planning, public and private offerings and development of target acquisition criteria.

Prior to joining Crusader, Mr. Shah was a Principal and a Senior Vice President with a privately held hospitality investment firm in Atlanta, Georgia, Noble Investment Group, Ltd. In this role, Mr. Shah was responsible for the strategic growth and direction of the firms' private equity investments and real estate holdings valued at over $200 million.

Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Shah worked at the global investment bank, Credit Suisse First Boston ("CSFB"). At CSFB, Mr. Shah performed principal investment analysis and debt structuring in the Principal Transactions Group, an internal division of CSFB with a balance sheet of $14.0 billion responsible for making principal and debt investment in real estate assets on behalf of the firm.

Mr. Shah earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill, North Carolina and his Masters of Management in Hospitality with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. Mr. Shah holds the State of Georgia real estate salesperson license and the Series 7, Series 63 and the Series 66 securities licenses (inactive).
